Here is the breakdown:
The run first heads up Salmon Creek a mile. It then passes under a neat old train bridge originally built in 1906!The train bridge was then again reassembled in 1948. The run then heads back through the park and across the awesome Willamette river foot bridge. Runners will then go around the first loop under the tall tree forest and back to the finish at the amphitheater. At the amphitheater will be live music, vendors, food and fun. The 10K takes another round.
There will be a rabbit on a bike leading the front runner in the right direction the entire way and the trail will be well marked with mile steaks and arrows for where to turn.
